Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open LingoAlarm and go to Settings.
2. Tap Data & privacy.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. For security, you may be asked to sign in again first if your session is old.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email / Google profile info).
• All synced data: word lists, custom vocabulary, learning progress, streaks and stats, and preferences.

Data stored locally on your phone is not affected — uninstall the app to remove it. LingoAlarm does not keep a separate recoverable copy of deleted synced data; infrastructure providers may retain limited security or backup records as described in the privacy policy.

Can't access the app?

Email support@lingoalarm.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll delete your account and synced data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Want a fresh start instead?

If you only want to wipe your learning progress but keep your account, use Settings → Data & privacy → Reset all progress in the app.
