Email support@lingoalarm.com. If something isn't working, it helps enormously to include your phone model, your OS version, and what you expected to happen.

The alarm didn't ring

Almost always a system permission. Check these in order:

• Notifications must be allowed. On Android 13 and newer this is a separate prompt, and declining it silences every alarm.
• Alarms & reminders — on Android, LingoAlarm needs permission to schedule exact alarms, or it can only fire approximately.
• Battery optimization. Some Android manufacturers aggressively suspend background apps. Excluding LingoAlarm from battery optimization fixes missed alarms.
• Focus and Do Not Disturb. Allow LingoAlarm as an exception so it can break through.

My progress isn't showing on the web dashboard

Sync runs when the app opens and after each completed quiz, so open the app once and give it a moment. Make sure both the app and the dashboard are signed in to the same account — a phone that skipped sign-in keeps everything on-device and has nothing to sync.

I can't stop the alarm

That's the design — you answer the quiz to dismiss it. You can lower the number of correct answers required, or switch to an easier deck, in Settings → Alarm.
